Boulder Creek Park Rules
Rules subject to change without notice

1.        You are entering private property. All visitors will obey and follow the direction of park staff and park rangers. Each entrant is responsible for the actions   
        of those in their party.

2.        A current liability release form must be on file for each entrant with Boulder Creek in order to obtain access to the ranch.

3.        All entrants must check in at the park office. Unpaid or unauthorized entrants will be prosecuted for trespassing. Nobody is allowed on site without
        checking in or gaining approval from staff.

4.        All riders must present their state of Government photo I.D. when entering park.

5.        All riders must take out all trash. No littering.

6.        All riders must stay on marked trails.

7.        Minors must be accompanied by parent / guardian at all times. Do not leave you children alone.

8.        Riding in designated areas only.

9.        Dogs are allowed. (NO pit bulls, chows or aggressive dogs) Owner is responsible for dog and any injuries or property damage. Excessive barking,
         unfriendly and bad behavior by dogs will not be permitted.

10.        No fireworks.

11.        No removing or cutting firewood or other items from ranch for personal use. We have wood for sale.

12.        No stunt riding, racing or speeding on ranch roads or trails unless it is a designated event.

13.        Report any accident, injury, trail or other hazards to park staff ASAP.

14.        Do not chase or harass livestock or game animals, they fight back.

15.        All motorcycle riders must wear protective gear including but not limited to helmet, goggles, riding boots and gloves. All ATV riders must wear
           protective gear including but not limited to helmet and goggles.

16.        Playing music loud or music at a level that disturbs other visitors is not permitted. Music off by 9pm.

17.        Speed limit on ranch roads and trails is 15 mph maximum unless noted otherwise.

18.        Night riding is not allowed.  Riding is allowed from 8am until dark.

19.        All riders are responsible for their own safety and are to practice courteous riding.

20.        Riders are responsible for checking with park personnel or web site for closed park areas.

21.        Riders and guests must pay all fees prior to entering park.

22.        No fires of any kind if burn ban is on.

23.        There are no refunds for park fees for any reason.

24.        Alcohol is prohibited on trails or prior to riding in or on any vehicle, this includes passengers.

25.        Disruptive behavior, damage to property or ranch is not tolerated and will result in being escorted off the property.

26.        No firearms will be discharged for any reason on the property.

27.        If camping, vehicles must have car ID tag.

28.        Park days and hours of operation are Saturday and Sunday 8am until dark.  Members can come out during the week by appointment only!  You must
           call to get clearance from staff prior to coming out.

29.        All entrants are expected to know and follow all park rules.  Rules are subject to change at any time. Check our site for the latest rules.

30.        No ATV’s or motorcycles on main road between Parking A & Parking B, use side road or Green Loop.




Park staff and/or park ranger enforce these rules in order to protect our visitors and to insure that each visitor has an enjoyable time.
